2020 Food Vendor Application & Agreement
Vendor Applications are now being accepted! All submissions are subject to review .
Vendor fees will be $50 plus 5 $5 gift certificates for all applications received before April 1, 2020. After that date the fee will increase to $100 plus 5 $5 gift certificates. We will email you with where to send payment once you are approved.
1) Food vendors must include Food Handlers Permit # in the form below
2) Booth fee must be received by July 1, 2020, ( no exceptions, no refunds after this date)
3) Food vendors must submit their 5, $5 coupons with booth fee
4) Provide your own extension cords, chairs, table(s) and generator if needed
5) Booth size is 10 x 10
6) Set up on Thursday by 11:30 am.
8) Hours of operation - Thursday & Friday: 11:30 - dark, Saturday: 11:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Please carefully read the following:
BOOTH RESTRICTIONS: Space is limited at the Emery County Fairgrounds, so acceptance of booths will end when capacity is reached.Vendors must take their own trash to the furnished containers.
ELECTRICITY: Electricity will be provided upon request of the food vendor. Two electric utility outlets will be provided (102 v 20 amp circuit). You must furnish your own extension cords and generator if you need one. Spaces are limited.
SECURITY: The applicant understands that there will be no security provided for any booths or equipment at the Fairgrounds. Booths and valuables left at the park overnight at the applicant’s own risk.
FOOD/BEVERAGES: All food booths need to provide a current Food Handlers Permit. Only two booths selling similar items will be accepted.
OVERNIGHT PARKING/CAMPING: Unless specific permission is granted by the Fair Board overnight camping or parking is not allowed on the Fairgrounds. All vehicles must be removed to the Fairground parking lot by 5:00 p.m. Thursday and 10:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
THE EMERY COUNTY FAIR BOARD RETAINS THE RIGHT to terminate any application or regain possession of booth space at any time.

Food Vendors are allowed up to 2 outlets. Please list how many outlets you would need, and the voltage amount your booth would require (20 volts, etc.)

In addition to all other terms and conditions of the Vendor application & agreement entered into for the Emery County Fair. Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Emery County, their agents, volunteers, venues, officials and employees from and against all claims, liabilities and expense, including reasonable costs, expenses and attorney fees incurred, which arise by any cause or reason other than the sole negligence of Emery County.
"It is recommended that the vendor secure and maintain General Liability insurance (and if selling food or other products, Products Liability insurance), with such policies either endorsed for Contractual Liability coverage, or which name Emery County as additional insured, to assure the vendor can fulfill this obligation. Purchase of insurance does not limit or waive in any way the vendor's obligation under this Addendum.
