Vendor Application & Agreement
Vendor Applications are now being accepted! All submissions are subject to review . We will be allowing up to 2 of the same (or similar) type of booth, so if there are multiple vendors selling the same product then we will contact you with approval and details.
Booth Fees are $50 for a non-food vendor plus 2 $5 gift certificates for your booth ($60 total value). The fees for a food vendor are $75 plus 5 $5 gift certificates for your booth ($100 total value). We will email you with where to send payment once you are approved.

Food Vendors are allowed up to 2 outlets. Please list how many outlets you would need, and the voltage amount your booth would require (20 volts, etc.)
In addition to all other terms and conditions of the Vendor application & agreement entered into for the Emery County Fair. Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Emery County, their agents, volunteers, venues, officials and employees from and against all claims, liabilities and expense, including reasonable costs, expenses and attorney fees incurred, which arise by any cause or reason other than the sole negligence of Emery County.
"It is recommended that the vendor secure and maintain General Liability insurance (and if selling food or other products, Products Liability insurance), with such policies either endorsed for Contractual Liability coverage, or which name Emery County as additional insured, to assure the vendor can fulfill this obligation. Purchase of insurance does not limit or waive in any way the vendor's obligation under this Addendum.
